The principal of La'Voil Engineering Limited has a broad and specialized background in the oil and gas industry spanning many years. They are well known and respected worldwide for their agency/partnership agreement in equipment manufacture and maintenance services experience, and for knowledge of the pertinent engineering and procurement, safety /environmental services to the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry. The principal's expertise in these areas is well published, including recognition and honors for contributions to the industry.

La'Voil Engineering Limited maintains a number of other oil and gas industry personnel whose combined EOP (engineering, process, facilities, and resource management experience exceeds 50 man-years.
